Flash… Flash! Just as we were preparing this report, news came in that our registration with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has just been released. We are very happy and proud to announce that, by the grace of God, we are now a full-fledged foundation recognized by the government of the Republic of the Philippines,as follows:
TABANG TA SOGOD FOUNDATION, INC.
Acquiring juridical personality has been one of our earliest dreams and, therefore, we welcome this development as a milestone of our existence. In times when we felt low, got discouraged and losing the drive to go on, a shot in the arm like this and the unrelenting support of benefactors are all that we need to disturb us into action and face the challenges ahead with renewed vigor and strength.
